Do you use real flowers?

Due to the high quality of the products we supply, one question we get asked a lot is 'do you use real flowers?'. We pride ourselves on finding the highest quality silk florals so everything you see on our site are is exactly that - high quality silk florals.

Purchasing a item marked No Longer Available?

If something is marked as No Longer Available you can contact us by email and we will let you know if we can make another wreath similar to the one you previously saw.

Are your wreaths suitable for outdoor use?

The materials used our my wreaths are considered durable to moderate outdoor exposure. If hanging your wreath on an exterior door, we recommend hanging your wreath on a door that has a slight overhang. In harsh weather conditions we would recommend taking your wreath indoors. Over time the sun will fade a wreath, some flowers faster than others. Your wreath should give you 3-4 seasons of enjoyment.

Ideas on how to display a wreath?

Wreaths by their nature are typically placed on door's - however they can be used in a number of locations. Why not place over a large mirror, sitting or hanging above a mantle piece, on a wall, in a kitchen, in a bedroom. The options are endless. We can also take custom order for Communions, Christenings, Weddings, bedroom design to name a few.

Delivery

What are your delivery time frames? (Please note usual time frames do not currently apply due to circumstances surrounding Covid-19). Although we endeavor to dispatch orders as soon as we can, our current standard delivery time is up to 10-15 working days, although we often get them out much quicker than this. All items are sent registered post with An Post.

Installations

For any installation inquiries, please send an email to thewreathco@outlook.ie and put the word 'Installation Inquiry' and your location in the subject.

We will need some key information to allow us build a quote for you - you to email us images of the space where you would like the installation, along with accurate measurements of the area and also any inspiration pictures or colour schemes/flowers you would like. We would also need to know if there are any other potential issues that may cause us a problem when we install, such as listed buildings or unable to drill into walls etc. In most cases this is enough for us to provide you with a quote but there may be times when we need to visit the site before providing a quote.

We will be unable to provide a quote without all of the above information.
